FAQ
Questions
Does AXU mine anything on my phone?
No. Your device does no computing. A session is a check-in; our servers record points for it under the published rules.
Are points worth money?
No. Points have no cash value, no price and cannot be sold or transferred. We never show a currency value next to them.
Why is there a sponsor message?
Sponsors fund the shared pool of points. Your session starts whether or not the message loads; sessions without a confirmed message are recorded at a reduced rate.
Why are some points pending?
Points are held for a short period so we can reverse fraud and partner clawbacks. Each entry shows the date it becomes available.
Will points become a token?
Not promised. Any conversion depends on criteria published on the transparency page, identity checks and the law where you live.
How long is a session?
Three hours, measured by our server clock rather than your device. When it ends you can start the next one whenever you like.
Who can join?
Adults 18 and over, outside sanctioned regions. Early access opens in weekly groups by country, in the order people joined the waitlist.
Can I invite people?
In some countries, yes. Invitations are single level: you never collect anything from people your invitees invite. Invitations are not offered in the United Kingdom.
What data do you keep?
Your email, country and the records needed to run sessions and prevent fraud. The privacy policy lists every item, why we keep it and for how long.
