1. Who we are
AXU is operated by [OPERATING COMPANY NAME] ("we"). These terms apply to the AXU website, web app and any related service.
2. Who can use AXU
You must be 18 or over and must not live in, or use AXU from, a sanctioned or blocked region. One account per person.
Early access is by invitation. We invite people in weekly groups by country and may pause invitations at any time.
3. What AXU is
AXU lets you start a three-hour session and records points for it under rules we publish on the transparency page.
Nothing is mined on your device. Points are a record of activity. They have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged.
4. Fair use
You agree not to:
- use bots, scripts, emulators or automation to start sessions or interact with sponsor content;
- create or control more than one account;
- use VPNs or other tools to hide your country;
- sell, rent or share your account.
We may hold, reverse or remove points, or close accounts, when we find a breach. We record the reason.
5. Changes to the rules
We may change reward rules. Every change is published on the transparency page with its version, date and reason, within 24 hours.
6. No promise of a token
We do not promise that points will ever become a token or anything else of value. Any future conversion depends on published criteria, identity checks and the law where you live.
7. Ending your account
You can close your account at any time from the app. When an account closes, its points are removed. Points have no value, so nothing is owed.
