Limits and formula
Maximum supply (planned token)
Fixed in the chain code. It cannot be raised by the team.
Session length
Measured by our server clock, not your device.
Hold periods
Surveys, offers and trials, because partners can reverse them.
Daily pool
pool(day) = min( epoch budget, k × confirmed sponsor revenue(previous 30 days) ÷ reference backing )
The pool for a day is split across verified sessions. It can never exceed the on-chain epoch budget, and it shrinks when sponsor revenue falls. There is no floor and no promise of value. Current values of k and the reference backing are listed in the changelog.
Planned allocation
Draft v1. Subject to change before mainnet, with notice.
| Share | Percent | Release |
|---|---|---|
| Sessions and activity | 45% | Released per epoch under the daily pool rule. Unused budget is never created. |
| Team | 15% | [CLIFF] cliff, then [VESTING] monthly vesting. Wallet addresses published. |
| Foundation | 15% | Held by the foundation multisig. Spending reported monthly. |
| Staking reserve | 10% | Validator and staking incentives after mainnet. |
| Ecosystem | 10% | Grants and partners, by published decision. |
| Migration | 5% | One-time conversion of points, subject to identity checks and local law. |

Every pause, parameter change and bulk reversal will be listed here within 24 hours, with the reason and confirmation that two people approved it.
Treasury
A monthly report shows sponsor and partner revenue received, the share set aside by the treasury and the wallets that hold it. The first report will be published on [DATE].
Criteria for next stages
We move to a stage only when its criteria are met. There are no target dates.
Stage 1
Everything works
The full loop runs for invited users on a testnet: sessions, points, holds, reversals and the public explorer.
Stage 2
Open early access
At least 1,000 weekly active people, fraud below 10% of sessions, and sponsor revenue per person measured.
Stage 3
Real token
Sponsor revenue covers the points recorded, external audits are closed, and legal clearance is in place for each country.
Audits and security
Not yet audited. The chain code runs on a testnet only. External audits of the reward and claim modules will be completed and published before any mainnet launch.
